Channel Sales Director

Array Networks, Inc. is looking for a motivated Channel Sales Director (CSD) who will seek new business growth for Indonesia. Focused on Array’s application delivery and security solutions, the successful candidate will meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by positioning the company’s load balancing, web application firewall, SSL inspection and secure remote access solutions as an ideal platform for optimizing business critical enterprise applications.

Channel Sales Director will be responsible for developing key channel growth sales strategies, and action plans. Successful execution of these strategies is required to achieve your financial targets. The duties will include hitting annual targets, building strong channel relationships, and understanding customer trends.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and Channels
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting channel & customer relationships
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations



  • Proven Channel sales experience, meeting, or exceeding targets
  • Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director handling enterprise security products (E.g. Radware, F5 , Imperva, A10 , Barracuda , Fortinet etc.)
  • Excellent knowledge working with channel partners /SI’s in Indonesia
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • BE/MBA degree or equivalent
